At Tuckahoe Technology Park, this means:
- Natural buffers along all boundaries of the property, including a minimum of 250-foot planted buffer adjacent to the residential properties to the north and to all agricultural zoned property
- Setbacks from neighboring properties, including a minimum of 500-foot building setback from residential properties to the north, and a minimum of 250-foot building setback from Richmond Country Club
- Site design consistent with the Goochland County’s Technology Overlay District
- Lower impact development, minimizing negative impacts such as traffic, while maximizing economic benefits, such as substantial tax revenues
